Upon delivery, purchasers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly. If an artwork arrives damaged, Cósmica Galería must be notified within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation of both the artwork and its packaging.
Due to the unique nature of original artworks and certain limited editions, all sales are generally considered final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only where required by applicable law or where an artwork arrives damaged or materially differs from its description.
Where a return is approved at the discretion of Cósmica Galería for reasons other than damage or legal obligation, a store credit may be offered in place of a refund.
Orders & Availability
The inclusion of an artwork on this Website does not guarantee its availability.
Orders remain subject to confirmation by Cósmica Galería. In the event that an artwork becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, purchasers will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded where appropriate.
